Under Amendment Advantages

My issue is under amendment number one. It states that congress can not take these rights.some people believe that a lot of people take advantage of the right to talk freely without getting arrested or anything.Others believe that it give people a them a chance to exercise their rights.

Some people take advantage of the freedom of speech.According to the observer it states that “these same people would claim that the right of freedom of speech has a limit that ends once a speaker’s words turn offensive or derogatory”.
They don't know when a certain things can hurt other people.if they do they say it anyways because they have that right to say whatever.
The amendment does not specifically say what they can and can not say. It's like a loopole they can get around those things.
This means that will say something so hurtful that ut will make you silent about the topic and not say anything about it ever again.

Some good things about freedom of speech is that we can tell people how we feel and speak out about government issues. According to the vision launch it states that This concept allows a person to have the protected right of letting others know about your thoughts. Accordingly, this will still let you say what you need to without the risk of fines or jail time even if people don’t like your ideas”

Another benefit is that we can be apart of government proceedings. We can take part in politics and speak out about what they are doing in our country. In the text it states that “Nevertheless, freedom of speech should be able to cover all citizens notwithstanding the message that they express as long as it doesn’t threaten others”.we have the right to speech as long as we don't over exercise that
