-In today's world people don't trully understand the importance of their health and wellbeing. People realize how health is important only when they start feeling sick and weak. Most of people believe that good health and fitness are achieved through physically demanding sports, special diets or preventative medicine while others believe that we should simply lead a normal life.

-First of all special diets are vital and essential for health and wellbeing. Eating a lot of different healthy foods provide our body with energy, protein, vitamins and minerals which help us function through out the day.
