Stress in Our Life

Have you ever had serious stress in your life or have you ever experienced serious stress in your life? Stress is part of everyday life and event. All our life and activities are stress. Everyone experiences stress in good times and bad times. Stress is harmful on health and people get a lot of problems. There are some things such as losing a job and the college stress can be cause stress in our life. First of all, losing a job is a traumatic stress and it can change your life in many aspects. People who had this kind of stress got a negative effect on health. In fact, people who fire from their jobs started to feel under stress, they felt worried and tense because of difficulties in their lives. Many people can't control stress because have a difficult time. For example, my friend and his wife lost their job and they couldn't pay their bills. Their family had a lack of money but they had no way to get it. They couldn't find any kind of jobs. As a result, they lost their house, health insurance, and other benefits. After that, her husband started to drink and fight with his family every day. Also, he hits the children and wife but she can't make anything to him. Stress become a problem when it is impossible to control, people can't control it. Next stress is college stress. Students have many pressures at school such as difficult tests, have bad grades, and a lot of homework. All of them can effect to students as a good way and also in a bad way.
