Unique to Geno in this form, is an inherent ability which has simply termed as "defy". In essence, Geno still retains enough of his metaphysical origins to defy the natural progress, order, and logic of this existence, to a certain extent. That limit being himself. Beyond the identity and existence that is now Geno Escarlet, this "reversal of fate" cannot hold.
Simply put, Geno is able to, one time per post, "defy" a condition or affect. For example, if he were to be poisoned, Geno can "defy" that such an event or status ever occured or was applied, disregarding and wiping its consequence from canon, even if such an event had did happen.
