You have recently carried out research on two contrasting businesses based locally in London covering the purpose, ownership, organisational structure and strategic planning of each business.
You are now required to produce a report explaining how economic factors affect your chosen organisation

Research one business or organisation of your choice and examine how the economic environment has affected its activities. You will need to find financial information relating to the organisation’s sales turnover, growth, profit etc. as well as UK GDP figures over the relevant period
a) Describe the Business Life Cycle and the characteristics of each stage i.e. Boom, Recession, Depression and Recovery
b) Explain and analyse how two different economic periods both in UK and abroad affected your selected business?
