Change within a business depends on both internal and external factors. • Internal factors - The launch of a new product or service that a company is working on • External factors- a new law that is given and affects directly or indirectly the business and that business needs to make some changes.
Other reasons for change in a business may include the following • Technology factors - might be some new technology that will definitely improve and help develop the business such as new software. • Social Factors – advertising, brand, image and media views. • Political Factors – government (policies and regulations) International (conflict, political change) Legislation (future legislation, international legislation)
There are many factors that are done to help better the business and become more successful. That is why it is important to accept change and co-operate in case changes happen.
