The procedures in my department for recycling paper are different depending on whether there are any sensitive details. We a bin two bins, green bins for paper and other materials and the other for confidential paper. The bins are collected once every week depending on how full they are.
Whilst printing I have come across printers where it says toner low replacement needed. Because I don’t know how to dispose of a toner or other hazardous materials. I phone Serco and someone will come and dispose of the material.
All photocopiers, printers and scanners are checked weekly and there is a checklist that the person who has checked the equipments will need to complete, sign and date. When completing checklist the person needs to put their initial/name showing they’ve checked all equipments, condition/status, the date they checked the equipments, time and they’ll need to put an incident number if there is any found with any of the equipments.

Making phone calls, conducting video meetings, instant message and access voicemail by email via Microsoft Lync. Allows me to communicate wit my colleagues and general public using just a handset/headset plugged into my laptop, regardless of where I am, as long as I am connected to the internet.
Making a to do list on Outlook. Helps set priorities, so I can do the more important task first.
Organising emails importance by putting them into categories e.g. red. This helps in situations like last week when I received an email from my manager about my online training which I had to do by end of September. I put this email in a red category so it
