There are many factors that could affect communication, and they could be both positive and negative.
There are physical factors which are:
• Noise is important because it impairs your hearing, and the message cannot be received by a person.
• Environment can also set the mood in the atmosphere, whether a private environment or an intimacy environment.
• Space having enough space between the people you are talking to is important as you don’t want to be too close to them as this would make them feel uncomfortable and you don’t want to be too far away as this shows your trying to avoid them.
