In order to meet the business strategy requirement, I have chosen a UK limited company TNT express.
Answer Q 1.1
Strategic terminology and situation
TNT express defines their mission statement on the basis of Johnson et al. (2011) long term business direction and achieve the goals as well. Therefore, mission statement of TNT is “We are a worldwide team of authorized people that joins business, promotes and people in a maintainable way” (TNT, 2014)
Based on the Johnson (2011), the organization should concern towards vision statement on a question “What perform we desire to achieve”. So, TNT vision statement is “To be a real and most accepted delivery company” (TNT, 2014).
TNT objectives is as follows “To attain profitable/cost-effective growth”
TNT goal is SMART meaning specific, measurable, relevant and time-related.
A core competency is different from each other organization. So TNT current core competencies is “B2B, Operating Division and Strap line”

    A buddy is there to give key information to someone who is unsure to give them a better understanding on the organisation and its procedures. A buddy is mainly used when a new member of staff joins an organisation. They are required to explain all organisational processes and procedures.
