INTRODUCTION OF IN-PLANT TRAINING:
In-plant training is short term training programme which is a part of career development included in the course. In-plant training is such kind of training that improves the skill, knowledge, competency work perfectly. It guide and give an opportunity to expose to the natural working the natural working environment. It provides information regarding its working style, strategy and decision taken by the organization in order to tackle the problem and achieve their goals.

private insurance companies, which offers a range of individual and group insurance
solutions. HDFC Standard Life came into existence in Manipur in the year 2007. The
company was started around 7-8 persons.
Presently, the branch is run by 25 Branch Managers with overall 30 employees.
Around 2000 customers had already covered the policies offered by HDFC Standard Life
Company Limited, Imphal. It has its own full flat branch situated with modern
equipments in Koyathong, Imphal. Over the next 5 years, the company is trying to double
the policy holders.
