Introduction
The project success is determined by the formation of effective control measures and processes to make certain that the project achieves its intended goals and objectives, while abiding to the arranged schedule and budget limits. The most important elements of project controls consist of tracking time and prioritization of cost, managing contingencies that takes place throughout the project implementation, tracking crucial project milestones and timeline in order to guarantee that the project continue on track while managing and controlling external resources required in the project. In this paper I will discuss how Unites State Medical Materiel Agency (USAMMA) implement and manage project controls, and lastly provide an evaluation of how effective their project management.

In order for USAMMA to succeed in all of their fielding projects they will require a buy-in and commitment from all its stakeholders in planning and formulating the project scope, schedule quality and cost. While stakeholder’s commitment cannot be assured the project manager has a key role in communicating and attaining commitment, collaboration and coordination of all personnel allocated various tasks. Control Project Changes
Whatever the type of project, there are three important elements of cost, schedule and performance project managers must achieve in order to attain a successful project outcome. These elements are interrelated which means a slight change of one of the elements such as prolonging the project time schedule highly affect the element of cost or more
