Updating Chapter 180: A Case Study

I understand that you are co-chairing this workgroup looking at updating Chapter 180. I think everyone agrees that the statute is in need of updating and streamlining. Unfortunately, neither I or Ashley will not be able to attend this session on November 12 since several of our staff will be attending our national association’s annual convention. I called Jonathan at the Bar Association and he agreed to give me a summary of the meeting
