In human society, what are the uses of television or the roles of television program is a matter to discuss, but in this term there are two key words like entertainment and education. So the aim of this discussion is to demonstrate the uses and effects of TV programs in society and this discussion is sectioned with some structures as follows. The first section presents an analysis of entertaining activities and impacts of TV programs. The second section focuses on the educational value of TV programs.
