Abstract
Introduction
Psychology trying to understand beside other factors human development and influences which shaped human beings. How community that children grew up in help shape their identity (Erikson as cited in Miell et al 2007) and how identities are constructed through everyday social relations and interactions. Also how identities are constructed differently in different cultures. (Dorothy Miell et al 2007) Furthermore how connections between childhood experiences and influences have been linked into later adult life and behaviour.

(ii) Importance of interaction
Assan stressing the importance of interaction, dialogue and asking questions which is what his father always told him to do (Assan lines36-44)
…allowed us to question and encourage us to question…
This become a part of his personality and helped him to befriend people and create new connections very fast when moving from one place to another (Assan lines 71-79)
…I asked questions very fast…so people could relate to me quickly…
But also this attitude of asking questions helped him in his current job (Assan lines 80-85)
…you have to be a person who is open, ask question…
Furthermore Assan believe that this is a best way to be brought up and wants to bring his own kids this way (Assan lines 116-120)
...I hope one day I am able to do this for my children…
