• Divisional LCPO; planned, organized and managed the daily activity of 30 personnel resulting in 50% advancement and three Sailors of the Quarter during a four year tour.
• Developed and presented measures that detail track counts, duplicates, time latencies along with channel statuses and other possible measures resulted in Senior leadership were provided timely and accurate information to make tactical and operational decisions.
• Monitored GCCS-M system connections, communications channels, data feeds, manage overlays, pre-canned map and plot queries and track filters resulting in the system being operational during FST

• Created Power point slides of Atlantic Area Assets for Command’s Senior leadership using C2PC to provide accurate, complete, and timely information for the operational chain of command of U.S. armed forces resulting in receiving Commander’s Award for outstanding service during C5F and C6F areas of responsibilities.
• Monitored the GCCS-m system hardware, software, common procedures, standards, and numerous applications and interfaces provided worldwide connectivity with all levels of command.
• Trained 5 database managers in the proper procedures for managing the functions, to understand ambiguity resolution and the uncertainty issues.
• Trained and qualified over 25 enlisted personnel and 10 Combat Surface Warfare Officers in Surface, Air, and Amphibious Warfare as a member of the command Combat System Training Team resulting in 10 Navy Officers receiving their Surface Warfare Operations qualifications.
