During the first case study, giving the bribery to a foreign entity to prevent bankruptcy is feasible when considering saving thousands of families from hardship, saving the economy, and being a beneficial factor to the families in China. After gaining knowledge of what utilitarianism system have the potential of creating an ongoing ethical dilemma in the second case study, I came to an overall conclusion that utilitarianism is an option. In this case, I would not utilize utilitarianism in the second case study but would still use it in the first case study. My rationale would be bankruptcy and utilitarianism is the only prevent hardship of the majority.
