With that in mind it is necessary to formulate a competent framework that will deliver the necessary service in a committed, organised deliverance. As previously mentioned legislation guides the organisations actions and provides limitations that influence quality and provision of service. The responsibility of the Social Care organisation is to assess the type of care an individual may need and follow through with necessary practice, keeping in mind that the service user is at the centre of a drawn up Care Plan. The link between practice and an organisation delivering a service within an individual’s care plan is the necessary principles lay out by the Care Inspectorate through the Public Service Reform (Scotland) Act 2010. The Commission takes on the role of inspection and registration. They will inspect the organisations deliverance of Care Standards. The care Standards are based upon the aforementioned principles, these would be taken into account through the care planning process. For my organisation to support me also and equip me with the opportunity for training so I can reach a high standard that will be reflected in my practice. The SSSC is the body that delivers the ethos of putting service users and their carers at the centre of everything they do as well as supporting the workforce. As part of my induction in my new role it was necessary for me to read the organisations policies and procedures to deliver the ethos of the organisation. Furthermore it is compulsory to cover necessary training with the view to encourage self development and continuous improvement within the workforce. In my workplace it is a very common occurrence during staff/team meeting for team leaders and managers to highlight that it is necessary to keep the published codes of practice fresh in mind during work
