ABSTRACT

The religion is downgrading dramatically, and education is still serious concern in Cambodia. Violence, crime, raping, stealing, adultery and disrespect are taking place seriously everywhere in this country. Public education system in primary school, lower secondary school, and upper secondary school is not sturdy enough to remedy these social diseases. Therefore, higher education should be a potential entity to intervene in healing these diseases. This research has been conducted to survey the perceptions of university students toward living values and to find the source of living values in Cambodia. One more important objective is to promote living values through university life courses by proposing university management team, lecturers, researchers, and all educators to do more exertion to develop positive values in higher education level, besides developing intelligence and skills. After conducting research and finding objectives, researcher will recommend what university should do and in what lecturers should involve in developing living values in university. Researcher expects that through sowing twelve cores of living values in the university, harmony and prosperity will be reaped in society. Through university students who get a qualified knowledge and positive values, suffering by
