Some of my friends have used it before and they've told me that it was very beneficial to their mental and physical health. Many people benefit from using this drug and some just enjoy doing it. I feel that people lose some of their personal freedom when they’re not allowed to use cannabis. Im sure that you, a government official, would be concerned about the people's view on marijuana.…

E cigs are believed to be a solution to one of the deadliest, most avoidable public-health problems caused by cigarette smoking. Smoking cigarettes can cause deaths from emphysema, cancer, and heart disease. E cigs are also believed to help people quit smoking traditional cigarettes as studies show that more people quit smoking while using e cigs over nicotine patches or gum. Although it is believed that they are a healthier alternative, many scientists must have more research to understand their effectiveness and long-term effects on people. Many critics also believe that they make it harder to quit due to the allowance of e cigs to be smoked in places that would otherwise ban smoking such as, indoors, bars, and the workplace. E cigs are also made to resemble a traditional cigarette making it harder to kick the habit of…

Traditional cigarettes contain between 4,000 and 7,000 harmful chemicals, many of which are produced by the tobacco and smoke. Since e-cigarettes use vapor technology, they expose users to fewer carcinogens. Some studies show e-cigarettes can be effective in smoking cessation. In multiple studies and surveys, e-cigarettes have been shown to potentially help smokers to reduce their habit or to quit altogether. One New Zealand study showed e-cigarettes to be as effective as nicotine patches. The second-hand effects are far less harmful than traditional cigarettes. Though second-hand vapor exists, the levels of smoke and secondhand effects of “vaping” are magnitudes lower than traditional smoking. They are more socially acceptable and do not smell. E-cigarettes provide the same experience and sensation for smokers – particularly those with nicotine habits – but can be used in far more places. They do not leave a sticky, unpleasant odor and do not stain teeth or fingernails.…

As a smoker myself, I have noticed a number of differences between cigarettes and e-cigarettes. The taste of a regular cigarette to me is much more satisfying than that of an e-cigarette. E-cigarettes lack the authentic tobacco taste that cigarettes have and this leads to a less pleasing smoking experience. Cigarette smoke is full of harmful toxins, whereas e-cigarettes have about 1,000 times less toxins and there is no smoke, only water vapor. This leads to why most people who aren't ready to fully quit smoking, to start smoking e-cigarettes. Cigarette smoking is also very expensive, whereas e-cigarettes require quite a heavy initial investment at first, around $100 for the start up kit, they pay for themselves in the long run and end up saving you money over…

According to an article on opposing viewpoints by Michael Siegel said that he reviewed a report from Annals of Internal Medicine that publicly claimed that electronic cigarettes are just as dangerous as normal cigarettes. However, Seigel later claimed that using electronic cigarettes is actually much safer than regular smoking. assive smoke is when non-smokers are breathing in the smoke that a smoker is smoking. Passive smoking is not good, because non-smokers breathe it in, as well as the smoker, and it is very harmful for the non-smokers as well as the smoker. It is also a huge source of indoor air pollution. Four-fifths of the smoke that builds up in a room with a smoker is the more harmful "sidestream" type. Tobacco smoke has over 4,000 chemical compounds, which includes 40 carcinogenic agents that are cancer-causing. Tobacco smoke also has carbon monoxide, which is a poisonous gas, that inhibits the transportation of someone's oxygen to their body's vital organs via the blood. Also, the smoke that is emitted from the tip of a cigarette has almost double the concentration…
