Me and my crew on the boat are alive and well; most importantly, I am. My spirits are still high; my men are still daring and full of purpose. Sheets of ice still passing, indicating the dangers we still have ahead, have not stopped us from doing what we all have to do on this trip. From going to high altitudes to even higher, the cold has not yet fazed us. As you may have figured out from reading, I've decided to continue on my voyage to find the passage to the North Pole. Victor’s relentless pursuit of knowledge and achievement has pushed me to keep going on my mission.

“Ahh, okay. A couple of miles up, I lost all of my crew members to some bad weather and ice. I'm staying right here until my other men come through here who started the voyage a little later.”
