games.
One reason why teens may think it is okay for them to behave violently is because the violent video game rewards the player for the violent acts that they do. When violence is rewarded in video games, the player’s aggressive behavior is increased compared to players of video games where violence is punished. An analysis of 81 video games rated for teens ages 13 and up found that 73 games (90%) rewarded injuring other characters, and 56 games (69%) rewarded killing. People who played a video game that rewarded violence showed higher levels of aggressive behavior and aggressive cognition as compared with people who played a version of the same game that was competitive but either did not contain violence or punished violence.
The youth that is in school should not play M-Rated games because they can influence the youth into doing things such as bullying. Bullying is aggressive behavior among the youth that can really hurt or damage the person it is being bullied. The behavior is repeated and includes actions such as making threats, spreading rumors, attacking someone physically or verbally, and excluding someone from a group on purpose. Games such as Grand Theft Auto could play a part on the influence of bullying in the youth. Grand Theft Auto lets the player do whatever they want and however they want. It can expose the player to behaviors such as aggression towards others that is unacceptable. The youth could take the behavior to school which may result in bullying behavior which will be a repetitive action. While playing these m-rated video games, a player might feel like since they can abuse people in a videogame without any consequences that they could just take that same attitude to the real world.

In the video games the player can't get hurt if they get into an accident. In a teens mind they probably think it's just like they video game and can't nothing happen to them but in reality they can have someone killed, maybe even themselves. In one case, a teen girl stole her mother’s car and went on a reckless drive around the neighborhood. She did not show any courtesy about anything as she was driving. She was driving on the wrong side of the road, running red lights, cutting people off, and driving of road. The teen could have really hurt herself and many other.
