Time Quality Factor When talking about this factor, we can look at it from certain aspects. i. Appearance – It can be translated to such as ‘love at the first sight’. This is the factor that whether it will attract customers to buy the products or just go away from the premise. Make the products attractive and it’s better to look different from the other competitors. When come into business premise, the inside and outside appearance

must be tidy and pleasant for customer to buy your products. Strategic location play an important role, as well. In The Cappucino Express’s case, since the business is drive-through, there must be hassle-free for customers to reach at the premise and get the coffee. ii. Products – This will include the coffee beans quality, the special flavors of the coffee will attract customers. Thus, it can be associated with The Cappucino Express which made people to come again and again. iii. Customers Experience – If purchase something, every one of us must looking for good service, such as fast delivery, friendly staff and good respond to customer complaint or suggestion. These criteria will bring one of major successes to The Cappucino Express.
