Violence In Kate Tempest's Brand New Ancients
Many people see different things in this world in different times. In the book Brand New Ancients by Kate Tempest states many different types of problem in this world for example we are forgetting our Myth. Kate Tempest notices the problem a lot of increase in violence, not having a path to follow and not enough love within people.Kate Tempest solves the problem by saying that we are not following the god path, and there is a lot of difference between us and the god path. In the first place Kate Tempest sees a lot of violence in this world. Many of us today ues violence in order to get our point across. For example in the book of Brand New Ancients by Kate Tempest Clive was taught from the childhood to use violence to get his point across. According to Kate Tempest in her book she states that “grew up in a house where his mum and dad ,/ never said a word to each other,/ except when they was fighting,” (Tempest 13). In fact in this world we can experience among the youth and some elder people without a doubt, they don’t have the path to follow. In the book of Brand New Ancients by Kate Tempest it's describe that “Gloria was sniffing lines ,/ Hooking up with different guys” (Tempest 22), that describe that Gloria does not have a straight path to follow. If Gloria had a path to follow Gloria would not be hooking up with different guys. Gloria did not see her future. In Fact in the world of materialism we don’t even see our future. We are very close to our materialism stuff rather then following on the future. When we don’t have a path to follow we tends to loose the track and become more anger and “become the bad guys,”(Tempest 19). We humans are also forgetting our Myths. In this world today Myth are very important to stay on the right path. We don’t have any Myths to

Last but not least, the problem that we have is this world is not having love within people. A lot of us don’t have love within their family, friends, brothers, and sisters. According to Kate Tempest in the book of Brand New Ancients it says “never got enough love”(Tempest 13), she describe that we don’t have enough love between people. If we don’t have enough love, our heart will turn into rock. We can experience one thing in this world that is many of us don’t have love for people around them. The people who don’t love, there are always in the negative stage of their life. The good understanding between the couple it their love. When there is love between the couple, then there will be peace and the god will be happy also. Kate Tempest tries to solve the problem by saying to us that look at the gods and compare yourself to god. Kate Tempest in her book Brand New Ancients she describe that “everyone’s a god, no kings, no crowns,(Tempest 25), she say that we are gods, our action should match the actions of the gods. In general our actions are not the same as the gods. We can compare our self and the the god that we see a big difference between us and the god. That describe that we are not on the straight path as the god. We have forgotten our culture, regions and we follow our traditions. To solve this problem, we need to be on the right track and we need to be connected with our regions and follow the path of the god. We also need to have our Myths.
