Virginia Tech Reflection
When I applied to Washington University in St. Louis, my decision was deeply impacted by its reputation. After being a student here, I have come to realize that I may have made the wrong choice. Here, the student body generally does not match my background and interests. My classes are extremely structured and establishing a college life outside of the classroom has been more difficult than I anticipated. After much consideration, I have come to the realization that my experience at Wash U is not going to be what I envisioned. I believe that Virginia Tech will provide a healthy balance of rigorous academics, social life, and student activities.
