The first one would be pan troglodytes, which is the common chimpanzee. The second one would be the pan paniscus, which also leads to the gracile chimpanzee or the bonobo.
DNA
Human beings and chimpanzees share and a estimate from eighty-five to ninety-five percent of the same DNA. Since DNA contains genetic code, it is studied and analyzed for a variety of reasons. For example, DNA testing may be used to identify or classify of family trees. Human beings have 46 chromosomes whereas Chimpanzees have 48 chromosomes. The reason why chimpanzees have two more chromosomes than humans it’s because, the two pairs of chromosomes fused into a single pair in human ancestor. What’s so interested to know is that two humans that are unrelated can have genetics more similar than two sibling chimpanzees.
BRAIN
When it comes to comparing the brains of a chimpanzee and a human being, the volume in average tend to be of 370mL for chimpanzees whereas humans brain size of 1350ml. The way one indicates intelligence is by the structure and organization of the various parts of the human brains. Human brains have a high surface area because; they are much more wrinkled than chimpanzee brains, with the greater numbers of connections between many of its parts. The frontal lobe, also, allow us to luxury of abstract, and to logically think.
