Vitro Testing: Should Animals Replace Animals?

What if aliens landed on earth to do experimentation on humans? What if the aliens infected humans with a disease? I bet you would be scared as they injected, you with harmful diseases. One after another the pain would be unbearable. Then when the aliens have no use for you, and you serve no purpose, they cut you open for data. Aren’t you glad this hasn't happened, and we don't have to go through this? Then, why do you do this to animals, animals feel pain the same ways humans do? Animals feel like they're being abducted by another life form, and being experimented on. Animals feel pain like humans do physically, and mentally. But, it's fine it's not humans being taken from their families and injected with harmful chemicals. I wonder if that's how the aliens will think. Animal experimentation is one of the ethical issues of our time, and large-scale experimentation can not thrive, therefore, the use of alternatives should grow.

Scientists and, cosmetic companies think
If that is true, then why is Vitro testing growing in popularity? Vitro testing could completely replace animals use in testing. Vitro testing is all done in a test tube. According to Bonnie of being animal experimentation ethical "As opposed to in vivo, in the living being test, in a vitro test are performed in test tubes,..."( Is Animal Experimentation ethical 69). If testing in test tubes, and not in living beings, the need for animals will drop. Using test tube will not only drop animal use, it could also give more accurate results. "in contrast, to the animal test cellular basement methods(vitro) not only proving cheaper, faster, and easier to use but also are providing more relevant information" (Good Medicine 10). Good medicine is a famous article that shows any advancements in medicine. So who would you trust Good Medicine or cosmetics companies, on the use of animals for
