I/ INTRODUCTION
Nowadays, volunteerism is an important work in many schools. Volunteering means spending some of your free time helping others. You may volunteer to help other people, such as the families who lost their homes after a natural disaster. But you can also volunteer to protect animals, the environment, or any other cause that you care about. School volunteers make an essential contribution to the education of elderly generations. However, it is a controversial issue whether volunteer work brings us any advantages or disadvantages. As for me, every coin has two sides, yet the benefits that volunteer work brings to the participants always outweigh the drawbacks. To clarify this problem, I will make a research with topic: “Solution to attract HUCFL students to take part in volunteer work.” There are three main reasons why I choose this topic. Firstly, I want to more understand about benefits of volunteer work. From there, I can improve my knowledge about volunteer work. Secondly, I would like to find out what is missing in the volunteerism. Thus, I can give some measures to solve these problems. Finally, I want to encourage HUCFL students to participate in volunteer work. Because it helps our lives become more meaningful. My research will answer the following questions:
1/What are the benefits of volunteer work?
2/Why students don’t want to go to take part in volunteer work?
3/What solutions can be done to attract HUCFL students participate in volunteering?
II/ LITERATURE REVIEW
1/What are the benefits of volunteer work?
As a volunteer, we will enjoy the fulfillment of giving to our community and helping a worthy cause but we can also get valuable experience. The challenge is finding the volunteer position that is right for us. There are many benefits of volunteer work. First of all, it provides an opportunity to communicate, socialize and create a pool of network with other professionals. Thus, we can meet new people, extend our network, and make valuable contacts. Secondly, voluntary work can help promote an individual 's health both physically and mentally, especially for the more elderly generations. Volunteering is good for our health. Studies have found that those who volunteer have a lower mortality rate than those who do not, even when considering factors like the health of the participants. Volunteering has also been shown to lessen symptoms of chronic pain or heart disease. Thirdly, we have a good chance to expose the real life’s obstacles as well as contribute to the society. In other words, we may feel it a true happiness not only to be cared for but to take care of others as well. Finally, volunteering can teach us valuable job skills. Volunteering can help us build upon skills you already have and use them to benefit the greater community. For instance, if we hold a successful sales position, we raise awareness for your favorite cause as a volunteer advocate, while further developing and improving our public speaking, communication, and marketing skills. So, volunteering is a good choice for everybody who has free time.
2/Why students don’t want to go to take part in volunteer work?
Beside the advantages, volunteer work also has some disadvantages. That is why many students don’t want to participate in volunteering. Volunteer work takes time out of their schedule. Depending on the kind of volunteer work, it could cost as little as a few hours each month or a few hours each day of their time. Therefore, volunteering in certain settings could put a strain on their emotional, mental and physical health. The more time they spend volunteering, the more frequently they 're exposed to situations that can create feelings of stress, anxiety and frustration. An increase in stress or negative emotions could eventually lead to a deterioration of their physical health. In the process of trying to make life better for others, they could end up making themselves sick.
3/What solutions can be done to attract HUCFL students participate in volunteer work?
To encourage students to take part in volunteer work, I have three solutions. Firstly, publicize our event on social networking websites, such as Facebook. For example, we can create a page on Facebook for your organization. On that page, we can post the need for volunteers for an event or for general help in our office. Invite our friends, family and interested allies to join the page on the social network that we use. Secondly, we can organize some trips in order to attract students to take part in volunteering. Moreover, it can reduce stress and make us feel stronger. Lastly, writing a title that is attention grabbing and tell volunteers what they will be doing. In short, volunteer work may bring the participants both advantages and disadvantages, yet it will be more beneficial when they manage our time reasonably for any activities we take part in.

Solutions to attract HUCFL students to take part in volunteer work
b. Data analysis: Base on the collected data, this process will be the key of solutions to attract many students to participate in volunteering. Data analysis will mainly base on quantitative method. It will be analyzed by using statistical by means of frequency, percentage and the results were presented in figures and tables. IV. FINDINGS AND DISCUSSION 1. The benefits of volunteer work 2. The reasons why HUCFL students do not to take part in volunteer work 3. Solutions to attract HUCFL students to participate in volunteering V. IMPLICATION Voluntary work may help us develop a better picture of ourself. For example, we may find out how you work within a team, how you deal with customers. If I have a chance to do this research, I will have three solutions to make volunteer work become more attractive. Firstly, I will publicize our event on social networking websites, such as Facebook. For example, I can create a page on Facebook for my organization. On that page, I can post the need for volunteers for an event or for general help in our office.

When I had first been accepted into the National Honor Society, I never fathomed that it would change me as much as it did. As a Junior in high school I was excited to be apart of such a prestige group, but I didn’t realize how much of an impact that some of our group’s volunteer opportunities would have on me. In my Junior Year I had helped out with the Red Cross Blood Drive at Pillager High School. Volunteering is something that can happen at all ages and each different age group has something that is important to offer when they volunteer. In volunteering the different age groups are broken down into five distinct generation cohorts (Connors, 2012). By breaking down the different ages into these generational cohorts it allows those working with the volunteers the opportunity to recognize the different strengths and characteristics that the different ages bring with them to the volunteer opportunity. The five different generational cohorts include the Greatest Generation or those that were born prior to 1926, the Traditionals or Silent Generation those that were born between 1926 and 1945, the Baby Boomers those that were born between…

I am spending my time volunteering at St. Marks United Methodist Church (St. Marks UMC). This church is an open community, working to create a comfortable atmosphere for anyone and everyone in and around the area. I work specifically with the youth of the church and I reach out to students who are my age or younger than me. I have been volunteering at St. Marks for almost four years, assisting in many different groups and organizations sponsored by our church. I volunteer at this church because it has given me an opportunity to be myself, explore talents, and make strong connections, and I want to help continue this effort and reach out to kids who are struggling with a lot of the same difficulties I faced. I believe that volunteering here is a great experience for someone studying psychology because you meet and get to know many kids who are facing various issues in their lives.…

Volunteering is one activity that can positively affect everyone involved. When an employer or college is looking at an applicant’s resume, volunteering experience is a beneficial item to add, especially if it is in a related field. Some people love to help out the community by volunteering. Many different volunteer programs are appealing to different people, like helping take care of dogs and cats at the animal shelter for animal lovers, caring for a child at a children’s hospital if they are affectionate towards children, or cooking a meal at a food kitchen for a person wanting to be a chef or someone inspired to help the needy. I am called to a different group to volunteer with: the elderly. Each organization helps the elderly in different…

Introduction (Attention): One hundred percent: an all encompassing, nonexclusive percentage. It is also the very percentage of the people in this classroom who have done some type of volunteer work in their lives. Furthermore, it represents the percentage of individuals here today who found the volunteer work they did beneficial. Many of you additionally stated that volunteering made you mentally feel good about yourselves because you were able to reach out and help others. I personally have volunteered at numerous events and locations such as Snowflurry, an anti-drug and bullying program for fourth and fifth graders, and my local elementary school. I too have experienced this ‘warm fuzzy’ feeling that you get after you help others. However, contrary to some people’s beliefs, these temporary good feelings are not the only benefits of volunteering. Volunteering has social benefits, physical and mental health benefits, and career benefits as well. College students lack many of these benefits in their own lives but can easily fulfill their need for these elements through volunteering. This is why all college students should participate in some type of volunteer work.…
