Phoebe met Sal at her house, in chapter one they show that, they indeed do what I said they did. So, Sal saw a face at the window. That face was Phoebe’s face. This is important because it’s the beginning of the whole book. The adventure started there and ended there!

I think these all do because Sal met Phoebe, basically the second main character, at her house. And the second is also because Phoebe’s mom was always at the house and when she left it Phoebe was scared! The third and last was because it was literally on Phoebe’s property.
