Mickey got introduced to new friends such as Donald Duck, Minnie Mouse, Goofy, and of course his dog Pluto. The song, ‘Who’s Afraid of the Big Bad Wolf?” became a theme for American during the time of The Great Depression. Disney even created the first full length animated film, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, which produced over one million dollars, even during the Great Depression. Disney was one of the first to use television as an opportunity for an entertainment business. Then came the amusement parks, Disneyland was the first to open in 1955 in California. Disneyland was worth a whopping 17 million dollars. He soon after branched out to different countries with the amusement parks. Walt died at the age of 65, but his business is still very much alive. Walt Disney became a man of many traits and he has changed many childrens lives for the better.
