Established by Walt Disney and his brother Roy O. Disney as the Disney Brothers Cartoon Studio, Disney has made its place in the world media as a live-action film production studios, movies, and theme parks. The theme parks extended the works of Disney to a new direction. Disney first started sketching the design for the park during a business meeting in Chicago. According to the NY Times, 'Children's Fairyland' was a big inspiration to Disney for establishing Disneyland (Pellisier). The establishment of the Theme Park in the 50s made history for the Disney company. Before Disney, people believed that a company was centered around a certain work because no company has spread its branches like Disney, but Disney changed this viewpoint of people by not only making animations but also establishing Theme Parks. Disneyland was not just any theme park, it was the 'The Happiest Place on Earth' as people call it. Established in 1955, Disneyland played a major role for the company's finance. The share prices started building up for Disney, and it was a huge step for Disney towards being one of the most successful companies of the world.
