Offense: Wanted person

Synopsis: On 11/10/17 at approximately 0720 hours, I, Officer Artaz was watching the residence of 1110 Crawford Avenue in reference to a wanted person. This location and all location in this report are in the City of Delta, County of Delta and the State of Colorado. The wanted person was identified as Ruben Armendariz (DOB 12/14/75). This case is closed adult arrest.

Details: As I watched the residence I observed a black 1999 Ford F250 bearing Colorado license plate 541ZUN pull into the driveway. I observed a male subject, who matched the description of Ruben exit the residence and get into the truck. I caught up to the truck at Highway 92 and Crawford Ave and activated my emergency lighting.
