Today it accounts for a significant portion of Warid's prepaid revenues and customer base.
Questions marks:-
As we see Warid Postal Paid Packages, according to our analysis in BCG model they are lies in Question Mars where high market growth take place with low relative market share. If new innovations take place in these packages it can converted into stars. You cannot say that Warid postpaid products are not changeable it can but it take time. If warid make it more attractive then it gives excellent results with high market growth.
Dogs:-
There are no dog products of warid company.

Implementation and Control Process:-

Activities to be implemented:-

* Sales representatives target all the untapped markets and niches, by using WARID’s current products. * Revenue objectivity should be given high attention , and it should increase by 40% every year (for the next 2 years.)

* Product line should be extended by offering new service for the customers.

* Warid is lacking in communication with its customers so it should focus on this activity.

* More Regional Departmentalization should be there for detailed marketing analysis.

* There should be decentralization decision making and employee should be encouraged for their opinions.

Responsibility for implementation:-
Create the effectiveness of the personnel to focus on critical aspects of their job. Other remedies to enhance implementation includes: 1. Organizational Design Organizational design should consist of multifunctional teams, including at least 1 member of each department to solve the problem or to achieve the targets. 2. For Example in case of WARID TELECOM, bonuses or commission should be given to members of sales force/personal selling teams who sales more than its target.

Conclusion:-
The company is working goodly and it is targeting people for best quality, which involves upper class. Its operations are slow, which is only reason for having low market share as compared to its competitors.
Recommendation:-
* The company is working good but it has to improve its operations for marketing and should also work for low end as well not just for upper end. * Managers are to automate business processes that enable managers to make decisions faster, and improve customer service. * Administration staff to remove employee details from its business systems 15 days faster than previously a task that was done manually by various departments when an employee resigned.
