Orlando, Florida 32819, as Grantee, party of the second part.
WITNESSETH
That the said First Party, in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration to it paid by said Party of the
First Part, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has bargained and sold, and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the aforesaid Party of the
Second Part, their heirs, devises, successors and assigns, the following described "Time Share Interest" (as hereinafter defined) in Westgate Palace, A TIME SHARE
RESORT ("Resort Facility"), which Resort Facility is legally described in Exhibit "A" attached to the Time Sharing Plan referred below and recorded in Orange County,
Florida, which Time Share Interest is more particularly described as follows:
1/2 Time Share Interest(s) All Season - Float Week / Float Unit according to the Time Sharing Plan for
Westgate Palace, a Timeshare Resort, recorded in Official Records Book 7010, at Page 1467 of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida (the "Plan").
Together with the right to occupy, pursuant to the Plan, Building(s) / Unit(s) / Unit Week(s) / Assigned Year(s),
1/1001 / 34 / ODD
This Deed is an absolute conveyance in satisfaction of that certain mortgage dated July 4, 2008, and recorded in Official Records Book 9823, at Page 245, of the
Public Records of Orange County, Florida, given by Chukwuemeka Eziefula, as Mortgagor; to Westgate Palace, L.L.C., a Florida limited liability company, as mortgagee. The benefits and obligations hereunder shall insure to and be binding upon the heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the respective parties hereto. The Grantor does hereby fully warrant with Grantee that Grantor is lawfully seized in the property; that Grantor has good, right and lawful authority to sell and convey said property; that Grantor warrants the title to the property for any acts of Grantor and will defend it against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever claiming by, through or under Grantor.
By execution and delivery hereof, Grantor and Grantee do hereby release each other from any and all claims of whatsoever kind arising out of the Note and Mortgage
(and all matters related thereto) referred to above, whether any such claims be known, unknown, foreseen, patent or latent, each party understanding and acknowledging the significance and consequence of such specific intention to release all claims.
The plural number as used herein shall equally include the singular. The masculine or feminine gender as used herein shall equally include the neuter.
