Similarities and differences have been pointed out about the Mosuo customs and British customs and how they came to be so and many advantages and disadvantages were shown including both cultures.

There is a possibility that the form of marriage in which the husband and wife will live together will still exist, however, there would be fewer expectations of a bond between the husband and wife. Marriage would have been considered more casual and women’s sexuality would not be tightly controlled or exploited as much as it has been done throughout history.
Even though the husband and wife may still live together it is likely that they will also live amongst their extended family as the woman does the Mosuo tribe and the husband and other male family members will take on the role of taking care of the eldest matriarch of the family.

As a matriarchy in Britain women would have been expected to work the dual shift long ago as they do in a modern British patriarch-therefore while being the main breadwinner they would also pursue the maternal role in bringing up the children and being the main carer.
Men would be able to be more open and expressive with their emotions as the “blanket of toxic masculinity” that covers the man in patriarchy would be removed and they would not feel the need to hide their emotions in order to be accepted into society and thus not become emotionally dependant on their wives.
