Introduction
Every "entrepreneur, starting its activities should clearly understand the need for the future in the financial, material, labor and intellectual resources, their sources, and be able to accurately calculate the efficiency of their use in the process of the firm. In a market economy, the entrepreneur cannot achieve sustained success if it does not clearly and effectively plan their activities, constantly collect and accumulate information, both about the state of the target markets, competitors position on them and about their own prospects and opportunities. Thus, the development of strategy and tactics of production and economic activity is the most important task for the entrepreneur. A recognized form of strategy and tactics is the business plan. The following paper represents a proper business plan for new restaurant named Wasabi. This work includes analysis of market, marketing strategies, products and effectiveness. Also, the work represents proposal for" investments.
Description of the new venture
Restaurant "Wasabi" is created in order to get profit at the expense of the organization and development services. Also, business aims to provide affordable catering with high levels of the products. Currently, many of these institutions do not meet the requirements of consumers. Projected restaurant will be pleasant atmosphere, the absolute purity of the room, friendly staff, variety of assortment, originality of products offered, accompanied by the highest quality and nice ratio of price-quality.
