A British seaside town, in which a dog walker and his wife come across several different body parts washed onto a beach. An investigation is underway to uncover who and what has caused the body parts to wash up and who they may belong to. Chief Investigator Bill Raymond is leading the investigating along with his specialist team in uncovering this disturbing discovery. The case now spanning an entire decade has become stagnant, with very little evidence and zero leads the case isn’t moving anywhere and is unfortunately closed, this would be the last case Bill works on before his retirement inside the force.
In order to achieve a solution to the case Bill must work alone, unpaid and completely in his spare time. The film will follow Bills personal journey to discover the truth, developing his growing obsession and passion surrounding these murders. Bill faces obstacles when he comes into contact with the antagonist, beginning to play games with his family, placing him and his loved ones in life threatening situations.
