Introduction
The National Water Agency, Public Utilities Board (PUB) has tried its best to ensure that Singapore has an adequate supply of high quality water with the 4 national taps strategy. It also believes that the 3Ps partnership plays a vital role in Singapore's water management for the sustainability of this precious resource.

| |protect them. This is because by keeping our rivers and reservoirs clean, it will not only contain the costs of water treatment |
| |but also enhance the aesthetics of our living environment. |
|E |Since 2006, PUB has launched of the Active, Beautiful, Clean Waters (ABC Waters) programme. This long-term initiative aims to |
| |transform our functional water collection network of drains, canals and reservoirs into picturesque streams, rivers and lakes. It|
| |has opened up various reservoirs such as the Marina Barrage and MacRitchie Reservoir for recreational water activities to get |
