Hello and very good evening to our beloved lecturer Madam Halimatus Saadiah, and fellow friend. How are you today? I hope all of you are in a good health. I’m standing here to let you all know about how easy it is to lose weight.
I’m going to talk about ways to lose weight. There are many ways to lose weight , but I will tell the easiest way to all of you. Ways to lose weight is by doing regularly exercise and healthy eating habits. Don’t worry because I’m sure that with this way you all can practice it. Now let me explain more for your further information.

The first way is by doing regularly exercise. By doing exercise such as jogging, cycling or swimming regularly and consistently you will burn your calories. The more intense the activity, the more calories you burn. If you can’t do actual workout, just get more active throughout the day such as taking the stair instead of using elevator. For more efficient weight lose, you should wear sports attire such as complete tracksuit like what I’m wearing today, it will help you get warmer and easier to sweating. By doing this, you will burn your calories faster and for sure reduce your weight. Next, you should practice healthy eating habits. According to Reader’s Digest you should take more nutritious food such as vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low-fat dairy, and lean proteins. This will limit your calories intake. Reduce the taking of food with high fat and sugar. Be sure not to skip meals because it is not a healthy way of diet. Healthy eating habits will help you in losing your weight and
