EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This report was commissioned to examine the working of the office of Walton Cantonment Board Lahore, its functions, the procedures they adopt to carry out their day to day responsibilities and last but not the least, the limitations of the Board in carrying them out. Two visits were made to the office of the Walton Cantonment Board. Data Collected and the field tours undertaken reveal that the Walton Cantonment Board is working as efficiently as possible within their limited means.
