FOREWORD
1. The GCAA has adopted associated compliance or interpretative material wherever possible and, unless specifically stated otherwise, clarification will be based on this material or other GCAA documentation. 2. Future development of the requirements of CAR 145 will be in accordance with Notice of Proposed
Amendment (NPA) procedures, unless otherwise decided by the GCAA. These procedures allow for the amendment of CAR 145 to be harmonised with amendments to EASA and ICAO Annexes in a timely manner.
3. This is issue 04 of this regulation and is based on NPA 17-2012. Further changes to the proposed text in the NPA have been incorporated as shown in the Comments Response Document and the Highlights of Change. This issue is dated August, 2013 and it enters t into force on 1st of September 2013.
4. Conformity with the Acceptable Means of Compliance AMC - of this Chapter is mandatory unless alternative means of compliance are acceptable to the GCAA.
