The internet has revolutionised how we access, create and impart information, allowing learning to become a more dynamic and interactive experience. It is therefore imperative that organizations become increasingly aware and involved in how learning and developmental practices and procedures are influenced by such technologies.
At the same time, adopting new technologies and recognising the potential of Web 2.0 and Social Media for training and developmental purposes has encountered some degree of resistance. While
