The lesson plans are easy to follow and include all material needed with well written directions. Each lesson plan includes materials, instructions, and an activity. This site also includes helpful resources such as crafts, printable activities, activity worksheets, appropriate coloring pages, and other related resources. The whole site is also available in Spanish for Spanish speaking teachers and English speaking teachers looking to teach some Spanish vocabulary.

Illuminations is a website that has authentic lesson plans and activities. It is a multimodal mathematics site that is very easy to navigate. Illuminations offers a multitude of links, an online library with activities for students and lesson plans for pre-k through 12 teachers.

The site also provides a place for teachers to find new supplies and resources or books to use in the classroom.
