INITIATION The initiation phase is the first phase for any project. In order to ensure a good management for any kind of a project, one should always have sufficient information while completing the initiation phase. Each project has its own problems, risks and constraints. However, all of these negative points can be overcome through good management skills possessed by each and every team of the project who is working.
