EULA (End User License Agreement) is the software license agreement which is the term contract between the owner and the user . In other words one can say that EULAs are attempts to tie the customers to the established rules or the strict rules and the contract which says the hidden things of the particular software. Most EULA form contracts are in the digital form and the user may not understand it until they purchase the particular software. Therefore, initially they go for click through button like “ACCEPT” without reading and understanding the terms and conditions. Therefore the results are risky to the customers and also to the manufacturers. It is the duty of the manufacturers to make the content as precise as possible intimate the customers to go through the rules and regulations before they click on “accept” .But these days the license agreement is very large for the users to go through it and accept the EULA . Therefore the don’t read them. They directly “accept”.

For myself, I believe that I create a melody where there is none. In a situation as simple as a conversation, the melody is the driving force or “reason” for a composition. This reason can simply be suggested as the plot or point of the conversation. In music, even with complex and atonic compositions such as Stravinsky, it is clearly possible to listen for the repetition of a phrase or tonal quality that may help one forward through the piece of music. The crescendo and decrescendo of the music, the contrapuntal nature of complex compositions, even the division of an orchestra into sectional pieces of a song are all methodology in which to create the climax, a climax found to be stronger under the influence of a melody that does not exist until discovered. Beauty is in the “ears” of the beholder.…

According to Lin Ray, net neutrality means no bit of information should be prioritized over another (“VCU Blog”, 2014). The origin of information doesn’t matter. Due to net neutrality, there are no restrictions on the internet currently. In other words, we can have free communication. The entire source of the internet is freely available for normal web users. Losing the freedom of internet access could result in restricted access to websites; fewer download rights and so on. The topic of net neutrality has become controversial because several companies are trying to take away the freedom of internet access.…

Net neutrality is the idea that all content on the internet should be treated equally (Schewick, 2009). This means that ISP’s cannot discriminate against content by slowing down content they do not agree with or charging internet companies more to have certain content delivered faster (Schewick, 2009). Net neutrality has been the unspoken standard since the creation of the internet. This is because, when the internet was first created, ISP’s did not have the technology to determine which content was going through their network (Schewick, 2009). Since then, technology has improved and ISP’s now have the ability to determine which content is going through their network and effect its delivery to the end user (Schewick, 2009).…
