Week four essay will discuss the performance management for Landslide Limousines service. By creating a framework for performance management will ensure that Landslide Limousines service will be successful. Performance management is a framework that set specific guidelines that are often used by companies, that creates, opportunity for all employees. The List below is an outline that we here at Atwood and Allen Consulting strongly recommend for Landslide Limousines service.

Performance Management
Landslide Limousine has sought assistance with their performance management plan. In order for this company to succeed, a performance management plan has to be in place. The objective is to create a plan for Landslide Limousine that is expected to have twenty-five employees based in Austin, Texas with an expected $50,000 annual net revenue for the first year and a 5% increase for the next couple of years. The company is predicting annual 10% employee turnover. It is very important that Landslide Limousine implement performance management framework that will allow Landslide Limousine met goals. Heatthfield (2015), “Performance management is the process of creating a work environment or setting in which people are enabled to perform to the best of their abilities” (p.1). It is very important the Landslide Limousine brings in leaders that see the goal that the company is trying to reach, and that every person that they bring on aware of the vision and mission that the company is trying achieve. Performance management and business strategy work hand and hand because it displays a vision and goals that are set by the company.
