With the information provided and the dependencies that I created based on my assumptions, these are the tasks that have more than 8wk slack time:
Task P (finalize sponsors).
Since there are a lot of activities that are not linked (successors), it is somewhat difficult to predict additional activities with > 8wk slack time.
Identify five major challenges a project manager faces in events such as this one.
Some major challenges a project manager faces would be planning systematically all aspects of the project, and solicit active involvement from all functional areas involved, in order to obtain and maintain a realistic plan that satisfies their commitment. a. Rain delays in the construction.
b. Government agency permits for construction delays. c. Telecommuting. d. Missing tools for the construction. e.Unstrict management. They would need to
