Weight Loss: A Healthy Approach
Nowadays many people struggle with difficulties of weight loss. There are many methods for losing weight, such as, exercise and various diets. People think that eating fewer calories means eating less and sometimes we don’t pay attention to the fact that some products contain more calories than others.
Donald Hensrud, a chair of the Division of Preventive, Occupational and Aerospace Medicine stresses that the key to weight loss is burning more calories than you consume. “Because 3,500 calories equals about 1 pound (0.45 kilogram) of fat, you need to burn 3,500 calories more than you take in to lose 1 pound”, he said.
I think that in order to achieve your weight loss goals and maintain the results you should develop balanced eating habits and sustainable lifestyle choices.
