Weightlifting Turnover
Based on observing the “lifters” their work outs involve strength machines, weight lifting, some cardio, and express workout. They come into the gym when ever they have a chance, if they are not busy, usually in the morning, before work, lunch break or on their day off. This group has serious dedication on meeting their weekly goals, whether if its for muscle work or just exercising. When they come into the gym they greet few people and make their way to weight lifting.
