Ltd., a private company, incorporated under the companies Act, 1956 having its registered office at 5F Everest, 46/C, Chowringhee Road, Kolkata – 700071 through its Authorised Signatory ……………………. Hereinafter called the “FIRST PARTY” or the “PARTY OF THE FIRST PART”, (which expression shall mean and include its successors, representatives, assigns and nominees) of the one part.

WHEREAS the First Party has been allotted a Flat No. T5/101, in “Unihomes” at Malrojapuram, Nellikuppam Road, Nallambakkam Village, Chennai - 48 admeasuring 700 Sq. Ft. alongwith one Car parking (hereinafter referred as the said Property) by M/s Unitech Limited vide Letter of Allotment dated 23rd October, 2009.
AND WHEREAS the First Party has agreed to Sell/Transfer the Said Property to the Second Party, at a sale consideration of Rs. …………./- (Rupees…………………………………… only) as per details below:
