Well Kept Garage Research Paper
When it comes to maintaining a beautiful home, one of the last places most people think of is the garage. it's not uncommon to visit a person's house and marvel at the immaculate living room, dining room and bedrooms. Yet when you step into the garage, it's a dark, dingy war zone filled with sports equipment, tools and lawn care resources. If this sounds like your garage, there's no need to hang your head in shame. You're not alone. At the same time, you don't have to live this way. There are ways to maintain a good-looking, well-kept garage.

1. Organization

Whether it's on a weekly or bi-monthly basis, make it a habit of sweeping the inside of the garage and wiping down the surfaces. This will keep dust from collecting and it'll also help you maintain a sense of control in a space that's typically chaotic.

3. Repairs
A broken garage door is truly an unsightly experience. Depending on your HOA, many will fine you if the repair doesn't happen expeditiously. When it comes to the repairs, it's best to solicit the help of a garage door repair professional. If your garage door opens automatically, the electrical wiring and elements can be tricky to do on your own. Save yourself the heartache and hire a Las Vegas garage door repair specialist to handle those intricate and complicated details.

4. Design
Whether you choose to turn half of the garage into a woodworking shop or if it's the area where the kids can play ping pong, make sure to infuse the element of design. It's a nice idea to paint the inside of the garage. You can add a few pieces of artwork or some fun lighting as well. The garage doesn't have to look standard and boring. Infuse some bright colors, add an interesting shelving system and make it pretty enough to hang out

A quick pass with the hose may be all it takes to keep your door clean if you do it every few months. Otherwise, you may need to buy special cleaners and do some scrubbing to get rid of algae and other stains that develop. The location of your garage door plays a big part in how much work you'll need to do to keep it sparkling clean. If the door is in shade most of the day, you'll need to watch for algae and mildew. If you live near dirt roads, dust can be a problem when it builds up in the grooves and then turns to grime when it rains. Even so, you'll have far less maintenance to do than if you had a door made of wood or steel. For instance, you should never have to paint the door or spend time sanding out…

“If you're getting rad and there is no one around to see it, are you really getting rad?” (Andy Hayes) This question proposed by Andy Hayes is a tough one to answer, and is one that puzzles skiers and snowboarders across the world. On one hand, you just nailed a totally righteous line that would undoubtedly leave you're alpine counterparts flabbergasted. On the other hand, nobody saw it, and will anybody actually believe your word when you tell them of your incredible feats. Besides for the question of are you getting rad, another must be answered; how rad did you actually get? We can all brag and rant about how amazingly we skied a line, but there must be a quantitative way to prove who got the raddest.…

Along with difficulties in throwing things away, compulsive hoarders have severe difficulties with making decisions, perfectionism, and avoiding tasks. People with compulsive hoarding syndrome do not like to make mistakes. In order to prevent making a mistake, they will avoid or postpone making decisions. Even the smallest task, such as washing dishes or checking mail may take a long time because it has to be done exactly right. The net result of these high standards and the fear of making a mistake is that compulsive hoarders avoid doing many tasks, because everything becomes tedious and overwhelming.
